Our in-house colour brand 'Loreal' has updated one of our colour range's recipe's... meaning š„
..Thats right! We shall need to update your colour patch tests! (Sorry!)
This wont affect all of you, but a decent chunk of you most probably fall in to this.
What we need you to do though, to help make sure we arent having to cancel your next hair colour appointment if we miss you, is to give us a call to book your skin test update in, if applicable. (SEE BELOW)
WHOS AFFECTED?
For those of you who see us for the below services, we will need to update your patch test:
-Semi Permanent hair colour
-Toner (this tends to be done after foil work or balayage work).
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
We are needing a little helpful reminder from you all to get this updated for you as it is hard for some of us Quirkers to remember in the moment!
At your next visit with us, (or just if you are around this direction please stop by) and tell us to skin test you with our new gear! š

WHO NORMALLY NEEDS A SKIN TEST:
Here at HQ, our normal protocol for needing a colour patch test is if:
āØ It's the first time we are seeing you for colour.
āØIf we haven't coloured your hair for 6months+
āØIf you have had your hair coloured elsewhere, or done your colour at home since we last saw you for your colour.
āØMedical Reasons.
